7. The certificate always has kinds of characters including most of countries. There must be printed with Swarovski’s signature along with the office telephone and address and E-mail all over the world behind the certificate.
8. In case of breaking it during the process of carrying, most package boxes are with sponge pads. The brooch will be wrapped up by a flannel pad. However, owe to the necklace are fixed with rubber band both front and back, so there is no gaskets but the box is very elegant.
9. The most direct method, bring the jewelry to the Swarovski store for inspection.
