Can jewelries be sent thru postal services from another country? What must I tell the sender to ensure that the ring will get into my hand without risking that it might be lost during the period it stays in the postal service?

the only way u can quote unquote “guarantee” its delivery is if the sender sends it “return receipt requested”…but definately have them insure it for more than its value in case its lost.
anything that is not harmful, flammable, etc can be sent to anywhere from anywhere.
