Which of these watches to buy ?

I have got a new job as a personal secretary in a consulting company. And i am very much excited about it. But i dont have a nice watch to wear. I really want a nice timepiece which would go for the office and also when i am with my bf or friends. It should be classy . i have selected some watches from a shopping website. I like them all but pls suggest which one to choose. First i am confused whether to go for a black leather strap watch or a steel watch. What do you girls suggest ?

The second of your picks is too casual for the office i believe for example, it seems more like an evening watch or party watch. And the third is nice, but compared to the other two is too involved and has an almost scattered effect.

It seems like the most versatile of the two. A metallic band can be used with more outfits, and can look both casual and formal on a woman, while at the same time retaining a classy look. Moreover, I tend to associate a leather band with masculinity, a nice metallic band looks more feminine and delicate, plus it has a lovely design.
