So my soap spilled in my jewelry box, what should I do?

I spilled liquid blue soap in a drawer of my brand new jewelry box. The inside is pink velvet. How should I get it out? The drawer doesn’t come out.
I can see the nails and wood underneath, everything is died blue.

Just try to put a paper towel in it and scrub/.
