What all kind of items can you make with a CricutExpressin?
I am looking at purchasing a Cricut machine. I do not scrapbook and I really would not use it to make cards/paper products…..but I would like to use it to make like decorative plates (like a white plate you can buy anywhere with itinials, names, etc..on it), picture frames, metal buckets, etc… Will this machine allow me to do this? I have heard of people even making initial jewelry with this, I am interested in purchasing one if I can get a lot of use out of it. Does anyone have one and know what all they are able to make and if they are worth the purchase…..? Thanks!!
Sure it will. you can use cricut vinyl which comes in rolls or tape, cut your designs and apply them to anything.
another option for decorative objects would be cut paper or card stock and decoupage them on to any surface.
the cricut machine is used for home decor projects all the time.
you can also cut shrink plastic which is used for jewelry making with your new cricut machine.
vellum, fabric and thin metal foils can also be cut with the cricut machine. hope that helps.
